Each session, your tutor will write the work for every problem you solve together. These notes are uploaded as a PDF document you can access anytime in your Tutoring Account.

Chapter Breakdowns outline the important concepts for each Chapter. For Math classes, the Breakdowns include types of questions, formulas, and explanations. For concept based classes like Accounting & Economics, our Breakdowns include major concepts, explanations, and formulas.

​Yes, students can cancel their membership if they've only received 1 tutoring session since they've activated member account. If a student has received more than 1 tutoring session, their membership is non-refundable & required to be completed for the UARK calendar semester.

Tutoring sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for session before 10:30AM) or be subject to a $30 Late Cancellation Fee. All No Show sessions will be charged the full amount for the session.

Standard & Elite Members receive (1) Free Late Cancelation and (2) $30 No Show Fees. Standard and Elite Members must reschedule any cancelled sessions to remain on track with their scheduled tutoring plan.
